Anthony has been an amazing coach and he's worked around my specific needs. I started training to strengthen my body and build my self confidence and Anthony has done more than that for me. He also has tons of meal plans available that work around your food allergies while still getting in a sweet healthy treat here and there. I was nervous starting 1 on 1 since I've never done it before but Anthony made me feel welcomed and didn't judge me. He always starts the day with a positive attitude and never fails to motivate me. I've only been training for a small amount of time but I can already see and feel the difference in my body. Great results and very personable coaching! Worked with Coach Anthony ahead of my senior season in D1 College Football. Coach Anthony was very involved in making sure the workouts he prescribed were catered to my bodily needs to achieve my goals. He took my inflamed and injury ridden body post season and within a short time I was pain free and already making progress in my lifts and allowing me to hit the ground running in record time. Dropping body fat, and restoring mobility that I lost in my time off took very little time due to great lifts that Anthony took the time to make sure they'd provide me with the exact outcome I desired. Feeling like a human bungee cord has me excited to see what's to come on the field this fall. Thanks to Coach Anthony my goals on the field are within close reach.

The app is super easy to use and accessible. My trainer, Anthony, is fantastic. He makes programs to fit my needs, is super supportive in the gym and out of the gym, and cares for his clients. He doesn't just train the athlete, but the person as a whole.

Anthony has it figured out. From meal plans, to training plans, he focuses on YOUR goals and tailors a program that is specific to what it is you want to do. His facility is state of the art and is plenty big enough for things like group training sessions and obviously one on one. He also doesn't just throw you into a program you might not want to do. He takes the time to fully understand any injuries you might have or any issues you might have outside of the gym to fully maximize your potential. He makes sure that you understand how each workout will fit into your goals and how each one will build on the other and how all of it will push you to that next level.
