In-person sessions are at Athletic Performance Lab in Sandy, UT. I also offer full online coaching so you can train from anywhere with programming and check-ins.
No experience needed. We start where you are and progress from there. A lot of my clients hadn’t lifted in years or were brand new. We focus on form, consistency, and building habits that stick.
In-person sessions are typically 45–60 minutes. We’ll confirm timing when we set up your plan so it fits your schedule.
It depends on the package. In-person and group options use bi-weekly payment so you’re not locked into a long contract. Online coaching is month-to-month so you can adjust as life changes. We can talk through what makes sense for you on a free intro call.
In-person: we’re in the same space. I cue form, load the bar, and keep the energy up. Online: you get a custom program, check-ins, and support (including meal planning), and you train on your own schedule. Both include programming and accountability. In-person adds hands-on coaching.
In-person and group packages are billed every two weeks. Online coaching is monthly. Payment is set up when you start. No big upfront commitment. Meal plans can be standalone or bundled. Meal planning packages are available as an add-on or bundled with training.
